Field note 02Dubai / January 2026
Mumbai/ Dubai/ a wider frame.
A personal note from the 1 Billion Followers Summit—reached through the Google Gemini Student Ambassador journey after being named among the Top 10 ambassadors of 2025.

The invitation
When an ambassador program became a plane ticket.
The Dubai trip marked a change in scale: from introducing AI tools within a college community in Mumbai to watching the creator economy, platform teams and global storytellers meet in the same city.
I attended the 2026 1 Billion Followers Summit through the Google Gemini Student Ambassador journey. The summit ran across Emirates Towers, DIFC and the Museum of the Future under the theme “Content for Good,” with technology, content and the creator economy in constant conversation.
This page does not manufacture a keynote, a metric or a backstage story I cannot prove. It records the part that matters: the perspective shift—and the questions I brought back into my own work.

Three ideas I carried back to Mumbai.
Not a conference recap. A working filter for what I want to build next.
AI is creative infrastructure
The useful question is no longer whether AI belongs in creative work. It is how deliberately the tool is directed—and whether the result gives people something worth keeping.
Content needs a reason to travel
Reach without purpose is just distribution. The summit’s “Content for Good” frame sharpened my interest in work that teaches, simplifies or moves a community forward.
Communities multiply tools
A product becomes more valuable when people can understand it, teach it and adapt it together. That is the same bridge I try to build on campus and in every digital project.
Google Gemini / summit context
AI moved from feature to filmmaking infrastructure.
Google Gemini and the 1 Billion Followers Summit presented an AI Film Award for work made with AI tools, with finalist films screened during the 2026 summit. It was a concrete example of AI supporting the full creative process—not replacing the need for a point of view.
